Program Design and Assessment
Programs are easier to design than to evaluate. Most institutions discover the gap too late, when evaluating the program has become much harder than it needs to be. F Squared Futures helps institutions design academic and workforce programs with their evaluation built into the design itself, and adapts existing assessment systems so that the data they produce can actually inform change.

Accreditation Strategy
The strongest accreditation cycles do more than demonstrate compliance. They become opportunities for an institution to examine how it operates and act on what it learns. F Squared Futures works with provosts, accreditation liaison officers, and self-study committees to design accreditation processes that shape how an institution operates, not just how it documents itself.
Engagements include self-study design and drafting, targeted Standard-level diagnostics, and post-visit response strategy.
Planning and Foresight
Strategic plans are most useful when they help an institution respond to conditions as they are, and move toward the institution it wants to become. F Squared Futures designs planning processes that do both, grounding the plan in reality and pairing it with structured foresight, so that the resulting plan can guide decisions through whatever conditions arrive.
Engagements include full multi-year plan development, mid-cycle plan reset, foresight engagements for cabinets and boards, and embedded foresight integrated into existing planning cycles.
